The immaculate gardens and grounds, complimented with a backdrop of sunflower and wheat fields, provide a stunning locale for your occasion.

Ceremony
Wedding ceremonies may take place anywhere you choose on our picturesque farm. Our expansive lawn can accommodate up to 400 guests and is nestled between wheat fields and spectacular gardens. Our 15-acre farmstead and charming historic granaries provide a wonderful setting for your treasured photographs.

Reception
Whether you are planning an intimate occasion, or a large affair, Pipestem Creek is the perfect venue for your celebration.
Arrangements for tents, chair rentals, food service, etc. are the responsibility of the event holder. We are happy to suggest local vendors familiar with our property and policies.

Lodging
As part of an optional wedding package, we can accommodate up to 22 guests for 5 days surrounding the wedding. Arrive early for a relaxing retreat and and time spent with family and friends. Additional Events
It is a rare occasion that so many loved ones can gather in one place. We can help you make the most of this time by providing a venue for not only the wedding, but the rehearsal dinner, Sunday farewell brunch, and endless areas for lawn games and entertainment.

CEREMONY only:
$4000 for up to 100 people. Price may vary depending on actual number of people and other circumstances.
$6500 for over 100 people. Price may vary depending on actual number of people and other circumstances.
CEREMONY and RECEPTION and/or DANCE
$8000 up to 100 people. Price may vary depending on acutal number of people and other circumstances.
$11,000 over 100 people. Price may vary depending on actual number of people and other circumstances.
Price includes use of flowers from the gardens for all wedding needs. and all wedding props such as blue mason jars and any items from our antique/collectible gift shop that would enhance a farm wedding.
We have beautiful hand-made wooden benches which will seat up to 220 people.
Table and chairs for over 60 people would be the client's responsibility.
In the case of impending inclement weather, a tent would need to be rented for over 70 people.
GARDEN TOURS
Self-guided tours area free. Our granary housing our funky farm junk/antique sale is always open.
Guided tours.... Includes our historic cabins/buildings. Small groups $5.00 per person. $50 minimum
Tour buses $250
EVENTS Minimum $100 for small gatherings such as lunch on the deck. $250 for larger events. Contact us for pricing.
